  • Account and billing information: billing address, payment method details (processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, we do not store your full credit card number on our servers).
  • Communications: records of correspondence between you and Durk AI, including emails, form submissions, and consultation notes.
  • Usage data: information collected automatically, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and click patterns.
  • Device information: device type, screen resolution, language preferences, and other technical information transmitted by your browser.

03. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our services, including AI training, AI operations, digital infrastructure, and growth systems consulting.
  • To communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
  • To process transactions, send invoices, and manage billing through our payment processor.

Non-essential analytics tracking is activated only after you provide consent through our cookie consent prompt. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or adjusting your preferences through the consent banner on our Site.

05. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes we specify and in accordance with this Privacy Policy:

  • Payment processing: Stripe, Inc. processes payments on our behalf. When you make a payment, your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity) as described above.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud) for website hosting.
  • Email and communications: service providers we use to send transactional emails and manage correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We never have and never will.

06. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Intake form submissions: retained for 12 months after submission, then deleted, unless an active engagement exists.
  • Client project data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months, or as specified in the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA).
  • Billing and transaction records: retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Microsoft Clarity session data is retained for 30 days.
  • Communications: email correspondence and consultation notes are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 24 months.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data by contacting us at help@durk.ai.

07. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, secure hosting infrastructure, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

08. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
