- Retention: 14 months.

Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Corporation):
- Cookies set: _clck (expires after 12 months), _clsk (expires after 1 day), CLID (expires after 12 months).
- Purpose: captures anonymized user interaction data including clicks, scroll depth, mouse movements, and session recordings to help us understand how visitors use the Site and identify usability issues.
- Data collected: anonymized interaction patterns, page performance metrics, device and browser information. Clarity does not collect personal identifiers.
- Retention: session recordings are retained for 30 days.

04. Third-Party Cookies
Certain third-party services used on or in connection with our Site may set their own cookies:

- Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud): our Site is hosted on Firebase, which may set technical cookies for load balancing, security, and content delivery. These are essential infrastructure cookies.
